The purchase agreement under which the sale is realized by the seller to the buyer of goods arises from a binding confirmation. As binding is considered confirmation by telephone, fax, order via e-shop or e-mail.

Delivery of goods is realized through the service of the Czech Post.


All goods purchased in the online store, are covered by statutory warranty of 24 months. Each product is attached to an invoice, which serves as a warranty.See your order immediately upon receipt. Claims of responsibility for defects or non-compliance with trade agreements and the warranty (reclamation) shall not apply to defects resulting from improper use. The warranty is also void if the warranty card has been changed, deleted or unreadable serial number or product name, as well as loss of warranty or invoice and the expired warranty period. Claimed goods must be delivered to us with a written note clearly specifying the defects. Defective goods must be sent properly packaged, preferably in the original packaging, along with the proof of purchase in online store The cost of sending goods claimed by the customer is covered by the customer. In accordance with Act No. 367/2000 of 14 9th 2000 as a customer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after accepting the delivery. If you notice immediately upon receipt of the goods that you don't find it satisfactory for any reason, you return the goods without giving a reason and you will be immediately sent back the money.
